Terms and Conditions for Artist Discovery Spotlight Submission
By clicking the "Submit" button, you ("the Artist") agree to the following terms and conditions:
Content Usage: You grant Uncharted Records the right to use, display, and distribute any photos, videos, music, and information ("Content") submitted through this form across any of its platforms, including but not limited to, social media, website, and newsletters.
Exclusivity: You acknowledge that the Content provided is exclusive to Uncharted Records for a period of 14 days from the date of the spotlight feature.
Subscription List: By submitting your information, you agree to be added to Uncharted Records' subscription list and receive newsletters, updates, and promotional material. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. Your email address will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.
Intellectual Property: You confirm that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize Uncharted Records to use all intellectual property in the Content provided.
Liability: Uncharted Records will not be held responsible for any claims, damages, or any other liabilities arising from the misuse of the Content.
Promotion: You agree to participate in promotional activities related to the spotlight, such as sharing the spotlight post on your social media channels.
Termination: Uncharted Records reserves the right to remove the spotlight feature at any time without prior notice.
Amendments: Uncharted Records may update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State in which Uncharted Records is located.
